Sent an e-mail so they have it "Offically" but still need to talk with him so he has a better idea of what is going on for his suit!
My Poor brothers and Sisters in Wa just got dry raped big time!:mad::mad:
AND, this effects the rest of us, as nothing can come from Wa state now!

You people are a bad influence.
Now I keep looking at this:

T3x TAC A1
TF1T291B1B5B
.308 Win
24" heavy barrel.

The rifle itself isn't any more money than the CZ TSO I was going to buy next, but....
It will need spendy glass to make it usable - which more than doubles the buy in cost.
But now I keep thinking about it.
Talk me out of it!

Its a Tikka brother!! There is no other and no talking out of it. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!:s0092:

Hey, some of the best conversations come out of derailed threads! It seems once every one has chimed in as far as they care to on the O.P. then a good derail can keep it going for page after page! :s0094:

I'm seeing a way around your dilemma, sort of a legal loophole...
Depends on how motivated seller and buyer are and the phrase: "All in who you know" kind of fits...

But that's all I'm willing to say publicly on the matter.

We talked about this very issue, the Seller would have to show his I.D, which if it's from Washing'asstan, and not updated to a state that doesn't infringe on a fellers God Given rights, it would be denied, and he would be felon in possession in Wa. state! I can see the State issuing a bench warrant for any resident who moves out of state, the reason is that Wa. State has a registry of all firearms purchases post 1968! ( May be different on rifles vs pistols) but that's the general gist of it! So. @11Charlie could be in hot water when he makes the move south, if his stuff is still on the books in Wa. state when he leaves, they could in theory still come after him for their pound of flesh! They could list him as a trafficker in illegal interstate commerce!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Trust me, We both "know a guy" who could make it happen, but, it's a risk we are not willing to take and BOTH states are now involved! If one doesn't get ya, the other could:s0001:

Washington will no longer sell ANY type of firearm to an Out of State buyer, nor can he drive to Oregon and have an Or. FFL do the transfer for me! Oregon is now ( Knowingly;) ) or unwittingly an accessory to Wa. infringments!
And make no mistake, Or is watching this closely with drool frothing at the lips hoping they can jump further on the infringement wagon!

So what you say, it's "Just" a $300 Rifle, Go find one in a friendly state and buy it like normal, that's not the point, a line that cannot be crossed HAS been crossed and the State must be made to pay for it DEARLY! When ONE state can infringe on any American citizen, that's a very dangerous place we have come!

It's almost like all the socialist folks got together and said hey look all we have to do to get rid of all these people we don't like (gun folks and republicans) is vote in a bunch of oppressive socialist crap and make it so bad they won't wanna live here. Then we will have the place to ourselves.

I wonder if they thought about where all this will leave them in a coastal invasion...

Seems if staying and fighting to repeal isn't feasible, it's time for anyone who doesn't agree with it to leave the state.

That's what Californians are doing. In DROVES.

The state will pay for it, in lost tax revenue... revenue paid in by the people that were footing the bill for all the socialists! Lmao! Imagine that! Them paying for the free bubblegum they voted in!
When it all comes down around their ears, there should be no bailout either! Let them rot in the mess they created!

There's little other states can do in regards to Washington. Hopefully, someone in Washington takes it up with the supreme court.

For clarification I have a gun trust. All my guns are legally obtained and are in my trust. My SIL and daughter live in AZ and are on the trust so again when the time comes and we move to AZ then WA can kiss my azz not on the left side and not on the right side but right in the middle!!!:s0066:
