I am looking for some feedback on the Remington M887 shotgun. My friend has one (it is one that was produced after the recall) and he wants to sell it for $300. I am hoping that someone has used one and can tell me what they think. Thanks.

Its a shotgun how bad can it shoot? $300 seams like a fair price. I normally compare pricing to buds gun shop and they were 325 and sold out.

My question would be how many rounds down the pipe and how used is it. If used a lot then 300 might be a little rich. my .02

I took it to the range this morning and put a few shells through it - no issues. It does kick harder than my Saiga 12 gauge does, though. I was using high velocity shells with #4 shot in them (the range doesn't allow anything smaller than #6, due to ricochet possibility).
