And, without power or refrigeration, how are you going to preserve all that meat? Really, a whole cow/steer represents a large amount of meat. Just interested.

BTW, don't expect to be the only one down at the dairy. I'd bet the farmer and a bunch of his friends will be there to protect his herd and property.
