S&W 1854 Lever action rifle

Lever guns are cool and useful especially when you add some modern touches to a classic design.
My first lever gun is a Rossi R92 Triple Black in 44 Mag.
It has usual Rossi faults like a loose chamber and slow barrel twist. Regardless it is fun to shoot.

Wow, this checks quite a few boxes. If reviews are good and the price settles around $850, it might be my next lever gun

I would buy one for 850 for sure. I almost bought one of the new Marlin/ruger 1894 in 44 mag today. Bimart had 14 in stock for 969. They also said the had the 357/38 for the same price but where out of stock.
