Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Southwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
I have burned-up ammo at that range. It ain't that far a drive from my crib. It's 300 yards long and if you aim to hit your target, your bullet will not go anywhere near anyplace that might result in an injury to another. Sounds to me like a few bad apples are sending bullets to places that are not entirely kosher.
It's a nice range. Twenty-some ambidextrous benches. Covered. No charge to use it. No RSOs to slow-down the action. I've been there when the weather was nice, and there weren't more than five to six shooters there. When it's time to change targets, everybody gets together and they decide to stop shooting until all targets are changed and everybody is back under roof. I hope the city doesn't go full retard and close it during the week...
