I need to remove the factory optics rail from the gun. Remover the 4 hex bolts, the rail now slides back & forth but will not separate from gun. the grooves do not reach the barrel break or the rear cap. Tried spreading the base wit needle-nose pliers but the cast aluminum material won budge. All suggestions will be much appreciated. TY, Oliver
