Yes is the short answer, they have a gun control problem. They have a variety of laws which have shown in the past (and obviously currently) not have any effect. Throughout history and worldwide, gun control laws do not work. The guns are not the cause of the problem.

Shooting never happened. Could never have happened. Canada has such ultra-strict laws against law-abiding citizens owning handguns, this has to be just a phony story to force the US population to surrender their Liberty to the UN.

They have a Muslim problem....
Canada is one of these socialist democracies, like there are so many in Europe. These nations let anybody into the country, and we see what such an open-borders policy brings. Immigrants bring their nationality with them, and keep it. They are not all that interested in assimilation; they just want a place with greater economic possibilities than some Third World landfill where the words "indoor" and "plumbing" are never spoken together. America is a different kind of place: We look for people who want to come here and become Americans. We want people who will become part of the idea that their addition to America will make it a better place. The sad part of that is that the Tyranny-crat Party has convinced immigrants that prosperity in America is not the product of hard work-- it's the product of beelining it to the welfare office-- where they can also register as Deception-crats. How convenient! Looking around at what America has become over the last forty-some years, I just have to be happy that I grew up and knew her when our nation was still a shining city on a hill.

Canada issued a statement from their border patrol warning immigrants not to show up at the border, they will not be granted access. So I guess we are not the only 'racist' country wanting to control our borders.

Does Canada have its own supply of snowflakes (who are badly in need of a shower and some grooming) to demonstrate against such an immoral action? Hard for me to imagine hardened borders from a country that grants citizenship to essentially everybody who washes-up at their points of entry. Looks like Canada is finally coming-around to the truth as to who are these "immigrants" and what they seek to do once granted access to Western countries.

Look at these nice young men in this picture. They're of no harm to Americans. They just want to make better lives for themselves and for their hyper-extended families in the United States...
