I hear the gov't in Hawaii has closed the one & only shooting range because you must qualify on the range to get a concealed weapon permit, so no range= no permit...

Thats when you demand public access to qualify at the police range because your tax dollars pay for it.

As of 12/08/22, Oregon citizens can NOT purchase firearms. PERIOD.
