Utah Law enforcement officials form Utah Crime Gun Intelligence Center

So, these august LE crime fighters convinced some entities to pay for equipment [cost not stated] so in 10 months they processed 600 casings to get 62 leads without commentary about how many convictions were obtained.

Sounds much to do about nothing!
