As the article states olde news about the physicians against firearms, AMA & other offshoots, e.g. Pediatric, have been waving the anti flag for years.

Glad this new group got their 30sec of NY's CNN fame.

When my doc's ask me about guns, I ask them what kind they have. Most, if not all of my doc's are gun owners. In fact I've even sold a pistol to one of my doc's. Living in SoAZ, no permits to carry, even OPEN, are necessary, so its a much less stressful situation. And if my doc's dont convince me that theyre owners and enthusiasts, theres no conversation.

If my doctor ever wanted to talk to me about my guns, I'll go into a full-bore weep-fest and tell her they were all lost in a tragic boating accident. Yep; went down exactly over the deepest part of the lake. Terrible thing, it was. Sniff! Sniff!
