Interesting, the robbery occurred in March yet the Star didn't report it until Oct, uh was the telegraph broken, or all the express riders sick and couldn't ride?

Looking at Yelps comment page, [ https://www.yelp.com/biz/crazy-gun-...=yelp_feed&utm_medium=feed_v2&utm_source=bing ] it could be the thieves could have been disgruntled customers, not sure it is a viable judicial defense, but could be a start.

Had a similar robbery take place at the pawnshop in my little town. The perps ripped the exterior security door off its hinges, went in, stole nothing but Black Rifles and got clean away. I kind o' remember they got thirteen firearms. In speaking to the pawnbroker about it, he opines that all of them went straight down to the Bay Area or maybe as far down as Los Angeles. I have to ask if the thieves are aware that Black Rifles are illegal to own in Kalifonia. If they have indeed taken these weapons into the Granola State, they have exposed themselves to the law and must face the consequences for same. Yeah; like that matters to them...
