Parody of 23rd Psalm as Psalm 2023

That's good! There is so much in the Bible that still leads us along the way, these 2000 years after it was written. It's the Word of God. Men who live ten thousand years from now will read it and learn its lessons.

My favorite verse is, "It would be easier for a camel to pass through the Eye of the Needle (a small gate in the wall around Jerusalem) than for the rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven." The mountain of diamonds and gold is what comes next, and which is so very often omitted: "But with God, all things are possible."

My next favorite is the one about "greater love hath no man than to lay down his life for his brother/fellow man." Makes me think about the young men and women who join our military to defend cowards like me and my Liberty...
