Another judge imposes his viewpoint instead of the rule of law. Where do all these guys come from and why are they granted more authority than the legislators and the constitution.

. . . still say this is a non-issue dredged up by the Fake News departments.
I agree. It's just unfounded hysteria, whipped-up by an evil media that will spare no lie to dissuade or discourage Americans to consider buying a firearm. People respond to fear earlier than they respond to truth. If the Evil Left Media can convince & persuade the American People with fear-- about anything-- then there will never be a reason to express the truth.

saw the news tonight, the guy stated in his interview the court said he could not give the plans away so he was selling it. Name your own price. Sounds like someone goofed big time, drag him into court then only go after free distribution. What a idiot.
Just wait the plans will be on the file sharing systems with in a week.

I suspect the injunction stipulates that the files cannot be distributed free of charge. If so the owner can sell them, which it appears he is doing. To subsequently make it illegal for him to sell the files, the entire case would most likely have to be relitigated. The question is, Would the government do such a thing after the precedent being set that the owner can give them away?
