I agree. It's just unfounded hysteria, whipped-up by an evil media that will spare no lie to dissuade or discourage Americans to consider buying a firearm. People respond to fear earlier than they respond to truth. If the Evil Left Media can convince & persuade the American People with fear-- about anything-- then there will never be a reason to express the truth.. . . still say this is a non-issue dredged up by the Fake News departments.
I suspect the injunction stipulates that the files cannot be distributed free of charge. If so the owner can sell them, which it appears he is doing. To subsequently make it illegal for him to sell the files, the entire case would most likely have to be relitigated. The question is, Would the government do such a thing after the precedent being set that the owner can give them away?. . . drag him into court then only go after free distribution.
