AZ bystander aims at shoplifter but hits clerk

The prosecution has discarded one of the charges, my guess is she'll get a year of probation & of course lose her right to own or possess a gun. Of course she can have her rights restored later--a few years down the road

It's a class 6 felony, so it may either be dismissed upon completion of probation, or reduced to a class 1 misdemeanor. I don't know how this one will affect her rights restoration.
