MK IV Series 80 Government in .380. Just had new SS trigger/group installed. A great CC, and more comfy in my hams than the Mustang it replaced.
The Govt was a 7+1 rounder, with a proportional size increase, whereas the Pocketlites are 6+1. It also has a 1911-style barrel bushing. I bought an XSP a coupe years ago, and enjoyed it very much. One day, this one appeared at the Firing Line on consignment...
I don't know, although I've seen the compact 1911, I've only ever ran a Kimber TLE, and that was with the .22 conversion. How does the size compare with an officer size 1911?
My old Savage "Visable Loader," .22 S L & LR.
BTW, Web images, IMO my rifle has a tiny bit better finish.
A Colt .22 semi aka "Cadet".
