I bought a Remington 887 Nitro as it seemed weatherized like a marine use shotgun but a little more tactical for landlubbers. After I bought it I learned a lesson in breaking in a new Pump shotgun, now 5,000 cycles afterward, I like it pretty good.

I also have a Hawk 982, a 870 clone, and modified it with a collapsible, stock looking, stock form ATI (Discontinued now). Better for short people like my wife. I also did 5,000 cycles with it.

Were I to buy another I believe it would be a version of a Ithaca 37
 
Would my SxS Stoeger Coach Gun LX in 12-gauge meet the standards for this thread? Probably not...

Gorgeous gun; nickel finish. Have had it for years; have never fired it. I just wanted it because it looked like something liberals would hate...
