It wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit if they would go after the people shooting trash and leaving it in the desert.
As far as I am concerned if they catch someone shooting and leaving trash in the desert they can confiscate their guns and sell them to pay for the clean up. Maybe next time they won't be such slobs.
That is the main reason most places get shut down.

If a person has a good backstop , atv riders and hikers wouldn't be a problem.
Look at the guy in the picture. Where is his backstop ?
