Depends on the distance to target.
For pistols, I like shooting my Staccato XC. It make cheap ammo look expensive
For rifles, my new 22BR is low recoil and very accurate.
Adding a suppressor makes range days fun as well

I enjoy shooting my Sig P320 AXG Classic. Consistent, comfortable and very accurate.

I gravitate most often to my Marlin 39M. It's a fun little lever action and when I throw Aguila Super Colibris in it, it's dead quiet and extremely fun to shoot in the backyard.

My current carry gun, have two one on carry duty one practice, they change the first day of every odd numbered month. The magazines stay with the guns, so only the ammo changes.

Winchester Model 72. It's a .22 with a tube feed. Inherited from Dad. Peep sight or scope.

My Taurus TX22 competition with a Riton red dot is a dream to shoot.

Then for beyond, I use Savage Axis in .223

My Beretta APX A1 Tactical most definitely. Roughly 1.5k rounds thru so it's where I like it now after a 1k round break in. Stock trigger also.

While cleanup is always a chore it's hard to beat a couple of sidelock muzzle loaders and a mix of powders, bullets, sabots with bullets, and powders. Muzzle loading is an excellent way to introduce newbies to reloading, as an afternoon of target practice can cover a lot of performance and safety practices that carry over to cartridge assembly.
