For me it is a New York Strip cooked medium rare with only salt and pepper for seasonings. Cooked over a wood coal fire, on a propane grill, or seared in a cast iron pan on the stove top and finished in the oven, it's all good. Put a nice baked sweet potato with that and a mixed green salad and I'm a happy camper.

    What is yours????

Did a whole chicken on the Treager the other day. Just rubbed with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt. On the Treager at 450 for 90 minuted and PERFECT!!
