For me it is a New York Strip cooked medium rare with only salt and pepper for seasonings. Cooked over a wood coal fire, on a propane grill, or seared in a cast iron pan on the stove top and finished in the oven, it's all good. Put a nice baked sweet potato with that and a mixed green salad and I'm a happy camper.

What is yours????
