I hunted everything except waterfowl in Washington. I lived in the best hunting area in the state, except for elk. I don't get the commie antis. They took away dog hunting, reintroduced timberwolves, restricted cougar hunting..etc. I've seen 22 cougars in my lifetime and so many bears its nuts. I've killed just about everything that wasn't an OIL tag. Once in a lifetime tag.

If anybody is or wants to hunt bear, ask me. They are very easy to call in with a mouth call.

Funny thing…. Most anti's think the 2A only entitles you to guns "suitable only for hunting", yet they're doing everything to ban hunting.

The anti groups are pushing really hard to make oregon a non hunting/trapping state. There are way to many predators in oregon already, they need to open it back up to hound hunting.

Glad to see you got out! What's the biggest cat and bear you've killed in WA?

The biggest cat was the cougar and my bear was around 200#'s. That's pretty much normal size/weight.
I've never seen a 400 lb bear. I don't know if that is a myth or not.
I've seen Grizzly near Loomis Wa up Thats Coulee Rd.....

Ya the biggest couger I've taken was 186#, lots of 100 to 120 pounders. 560# is my biggest black bear, big stinky, fat bear! That's in oregon of course, I've never hunted wa

Eastern Oregon should have as good of Bear hunting as Washington does.
