Like new condition. I've only had it out once and I believe the person who had it before me never took it out . My loss your gain. I have one original Ruger 5 round magazine, two 10 round, and four 20 rounders with No manufacturer stamp. Very clean rifle in excellent original condition. Unfortunately it's already gone. I had to let it go for a painfully low price. Ii don't know what the difference in serious are, I hadn't had it very long. It was made in Connecticut in 1998.
I didn't want to have to let it go but I desperately needed the money....at least I got a chance to shoot it.
