I have a Ruger 10-22 on consignment that has an ultralight match stock and has been fitted with a Magnum Light Carbon Fiber barrel and Volquartzen receiver internals. The original parts, including the original stock and barrel, as well as the receiver internals go with it.
This means you could get a blank receiver and have two complete rifles!
