Help Improve Federal Forest Habitat Management
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and NOAA Fisheries propose a new rule that addresses a harmful court decision, known as "Cottonwood" that since stalled many important forest management, wildlife habitat enhancement and wildfire fuel reduction projects developed by the U.S. Forest Service. Lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are also impacted.
We encourage you to submit your comment of support for this change. We have provided sample language and encourage you to modify it for your own voice to provide the most impact.
