I could look around online but i'd rather start a thread and discuss exciting hunts in Arizona on a forum that needs new posts.

What do you all enjoy hunting in this state? I've hunted deer, coyotes, birds, and sage rats in the past. I'd be up for any of it here. Not looking to steal your secret spot; just a generic discussion.

I hunt deer, elk and bear. Arizona's lottery system has ensured that I hunt out of state yearly for those, I hunt predator, rabbit and squirrel in state.

Elk and Bear are OTC in Arizona

Bears in 6 are literally out sunning and eating prickly pear fruit in August, glass and the hills are alive with them

Survival Hunting - The Quiet Survivalist

You have to research where and how to access, and start now before the mobs in September

As far as deer, there are OTC archery tags, there are always leftover tags after the draw. Areas 30 A and B have a lot of deer, 29 is full of Whitetails

I don't hunt as much as I used to but I hunt deer, squirrel, elk, dove, and won't pass a coyote when I see one. I don't target predators anymore I just don't have the time or money that I used to. We adopted two teenage sisters so I'm introducing them to my life of the outdoors.
