This kind of reminds me of installing a water heater.

This is the feature of this that intrigues me the most. It has a ring of hooks for hanging meat - sausages, ribs, whole fish, BACON . . . .

God I love Bacon!!! Well smoked Beef, chicken, salmon or pretty much any food :s0112:
I will be firing it up for a few hours this afternoon to burn out any manufacturing scuzz or oils and to get a feel for temperature control.

Maiden voyage will be a 19 lb turkey tomorrow.

Photos of the maiden voyage are sure to follow.

Nice!
You would be amazed at all the foods you can smoke! LOL
We do smoked Black Beans and Lentils a lot here, but most foods can be smoked for that awesome flavor!
Salmon is my Favorite, but we also do a lot of Cheddar Cheese, really good stuff!

Just threw some thin-sliced ribeye in.
Gorgeous beef! I got acquainted with ribeye steaks when I went home for my cancer operation last year. Costco had them for $10 a pound. My dad shops there every Sunday. He always goes overboard when I come home, buys all manner of delicious grub and I usually gain a bunch of pounds because he says "If you want it, eat it. I don't care what it costs." I gritted-down on ribeyes for many nights. They come four to a pack, so I was under obligation to wipe them out by Wednesday night. I did so-- with extreme prejudice...
