What's all involved in an FFL to FFL sale?

You would have to take it to your local FFL. They will most likely charge you a transfer fee and shipping cost. Transfer fee is usually 25-35. They would ship it to my FFL and then my FFL would transfer it to me. That keeps everything nice and legal.
