Is it an "assault weapon?"

Well if he did, he would be an assailant. Not the rifle.
Under the tenets of liberalism, no man is ever responsible for his actions. Under such a premise, it would be the rifle that could be charged with the assault. I was just there, innocently holding the rifle in my hands, when it went ballistic and committed whatever crimes of its own volition. I dindu nuffin!

Here's the "Assault Weapon" for the snowflakes of the country...
I sent the picture to my brother. His response was that it was "BRILLIANT!" There is an old TV commercial in which that word is used in an exclamatory fashion. I think it's a commercial for a British beer being sold in America...
