It basically makes it legal for deported criminals to come back into America, start new lives of violent crime and the Amercan People will get to pay for all the fiscal costs and societal damage that will ensue. Who dreams-up this solid waste? Trump should use this blind hatred for American Exceptionalism in his 2020 campaign. If he spoke about it, millions upon millions would definitely hear about it...
