How long do you expect to live off of 'Stored' food goods?

We could go 3 to 6 months pretty easily. as long as we can keep our livestock we could extend that out to a year or more.
The best thing we added was a top loading can rack that keeps our cand goods rotating. put the newest in the top and the oldest are dispensed out the bottom.
This has us storing goods we already use regularly.
Beans, rice, cereals and pasta are packaged and stored in 3-month batches. that way they are only opened in smaller quantity's. DR
