Picked up a 22 myself. Picatinney rail, two magazines, 5.5 inch bull barrel and FO front & rear sights. Had it for $325 OTD, couldn't resist.

Went to a gun show of maybe an acre or so at the Convention Center in Reno. Went looking for four ambidextrous safety selectors, three oversized magazine releases, one ambidextrous charging handle, three enhanced bolt releases and two Command Arms Accessories G27 grips (black). Found the safety selectors (forgot about the three I already had at home), found one grip, found the charging handle and found the three magazine release buttons. Could not find the bolt releases; absolutely no seller had them. I like the Strike Industries ones with bigger paddles above and below the roll pin. I'd really like to get the ones that have a long paddle above and a somewhat larger paddle below. I have no idea how much I spent. When I decide I need to buy the little add-ons and doo-dads that personalize my rifle over any others in the near vicinity, I go ahead and do it. I'm a lefty, so I have to install lefty controls in order to make my time with my wheppins more enjoyable. I got back home and put on pretty much all of what I bought. Now, it's to ebay to buy what I could not find...

Posted in another thread.

Browning Twelvette 12 gauge, two shot capacity with three different barrels. 67,000 produced from 1955 to 1971.

Extra barrels were an option. Numrich lists a few @ $200 each used. Paid $500 for shotgun including barrels. Nice Browning addition.

Finished forming-up and trimming several dozen mildcat brass in .300NDM. Need annealing, then wet-tumbling. Found a nice road along a line of power poles out in the desert; road goes straight as a string for over a mile. So far out, no chance of anybody coming along and cramping my style or the styles of my buds from Stockton. Have sent an email to my friend from high school about the place. Will attempt to foment a rendezvous in September...

Looking to buy an AR scope. Want something short; don't want one with a big bell out front. I place the rear of the scope just in front of the charging handle so I can easily get my fingers onto it. Already have a 1" PEPR mount, so that's the size we'll buy. I have $235 in Scheels gift cards with which I'll buy the item. Seeking members' opinions and recommendations. Thanks.

I have this package for sale if interested.

Nice-looking little scope! Looks like it's sized for AR use. I'd have to pay you cash. I already have the $235 in rewards cards for using my Scheels VISA card; prefer to exhaust those points rather than lay cash money on the barrel head to buy your scope. I've already got a ton of reloading components (and plenty o' gubs); all I need is the scope I'm looking to buy. Too bad neither you nor ebay will accept my Scheels rewards cards. We'd have a deal...

Went and looked-up that UTG Bugbuster scope. Less than $90, and it has a side focus knob. I really like that...

Mail-ordered a black ODIN Works enlarged/lengthened magazine release through ebay. I just love it that the majority of ebay sellers ship at no charge. I buy only from those who do not add five and six bucks (or any shipping charges) to the price of the product being sold. I abhor being more or less ripped-off by shipping charges. You pay an extra five bucks. You get it and it's in a small bubble envelope that you know only cost a buck or two to mail. You feel like you've been robbed at your own request. That really bugs me...
