Announcement Guide to Reviews Transition

As some of you might have seen, there's a new Reviews tab at the top of the site. This Reviews System will be a replacement for our Guide, which we developed way back in 2012 (and never really finished). This new system is much more comprehensive and feature-rich than the existing system, and I think it's going to be a big hit. We're still in the beta phase at this point, but I figured I'd make a post in case some of you wondered what was going on. Feel free to play around with it and give me your thoughts here
