Joseph John Deaser IV is charged with using names of customers who were cops to make illegal gun sales. Federal court documents filed Tuesday say about 50 weapons were sold in violation of state law.

What did Californy think would happen after making sales of new guns illegal, based upon their new 'micro-stamping' laws? Their laws are obviously unConstitutional, even a small child knows that much--Even so I can't imagine how this gun dealer ever thought he could get away with using his past police clients info to buy guns for others--Just crazy, I'm just hoping it might be crazy enough to get him off by reason of temporary insanity
