Amazing! Just imagine if the majority of the stats adopted this. Its already a known fact that the states with the strictest gun laws have the highest rate of gun crimes. Maybe this is truly the answer, give us the power back as a people. That rapist or mugger would think twice if he thought he would get his head blown off.
