Alas, UT's statutes allow without reservation [ok, reservation not to get inebriated] it's citizens to OC or CC their firearm(s) in establishments where alcohol is dispensed to patrons.

But of real concern...why is the Tribune showing a photo Clark Aposhian from Dec 17 which has absolutely nothing to do with the OC rhetoric of the article especially since he was...

Rich Vosepka makes some really valid points.
If they're not in a seedy area or questionable area, and its not the carriers birthday wearing his new gift, there's really no reason the open carry. Of course he CAN, BUT is it just to be a showoff? QUIEN ES MAS MACHO??
Maybe the owner should just put up a sign saying something like, DO YOU REALLY NEED TO OPEN CARRY?

Oh well, there's always got to be one!

So......
The owner(edit:not owner- worker at brewpub; Rich Vosepka currently brews beer and waits tables) of the brewpub will gladly serve up many beers to someone who is concealed carrying with no reservations because he doesn't know it's there.
Everyone know's that when you OC a handgun and drink you are irresponsible and you make bad decisions.
Of course when one does the exact same thing but conceal carries that makes them smarter and they make better decisions...Riiight.

What a tool.

. . . just keep the dancing concealed FBI agent's antics in mind!
That gun was fired because in his haste to retrieve it his finger went inside the trigger guard, he closed his hand to gain control of the weapon and that was that. Had he spent another second to gain full control, I doubt the event would have eventuated as it did.

Given that outrageous dancing has shown to dislodge a handgun from its holster, I'd opine that federal law enforcement agencies have since instructed federal law enforcement agents to either avoid such dancing in crowded pubs or to disarm themselves before breaking-down and boogying themselves off the charts...
