Antique Belding & Mull Powder measure has been rebuilt with new glass and hopper got instructions with slide settings, Brass Magnum Micrometer charge tube will throw 83.5 grains of Hodgdon 4831. The charge reservoir is disconnected from the main Hopper when it is connected to the measuring chamber. Thus the height of the powder in the main Hopper has absolutely no effect on the weight of the charge thrown One of the most accurate measures made.
