Heart they both work. Bee Spray is cheaper.

Bees, hornets, wasps etc are thorax breathers.
Me you and the bear are not.
Bee spray, while poisonous to consume and an eye irritant is no match to true bear spray.
As personal defensive spray to use on a human attacker (if that's the question) it's bear spray hands down.
That said, both will get you in a bundle of trouble if used on two legged critters, just saying.
