Maybe I'm old (70) but I remember some years ago (25 or so) when I was in California they banned these types of weapons. One was the ruger .556 rifle. They wanted everyone to turn them in. There was one rifle (don't remember what) where those that registered them were then the subject of confiscation when CA decided that those should be banned too. Guess what? Those that had registered them were contacted to turn them in or else. Any way, upshot is that they banned types of weapons. Am I still living in the past or ...

I bet if you were to look up how many were turned in, the number would be quite a surprise! As in very very few! Bans here in America have had little effect, and will continue to have little effect! Look at how many bump stocks have been turned in, or High Cap Magasines!

America doesnt have a "Gun" problem. America has a stupid people problem.

we dont enforce the laws we already have. and even if we did...people still gonna kill one way or another.

there are over 10,000 infringements to the 2nd Ammendment currently. how will "just one more" help anything?!?

its about disarming us. pure and simple.
