Arizona ATF Form 1

I'm guessing this might be the place to ask the question? Does anyone know how and can help me fill out and ATF Form 1? I'm not sure of some of the questions being asked. What's a trust and why does it make a difference? As an individual can't I apply for a tax stamp and approval for a gun and latter a suppressor that I will make at a later date? The yes and no questions are the same as when purchasing a gun and understand them. But some of the others not sure.
