Let me get this straight: A guy in body armor breaks into a business, the Apple store, with an " assault rifle " , which civilians aren't allowed to own, to perform an " assault " on who/what in the store at 2:30 am, with who in it ? Sounds like a " burglary " or " B&E to me.

Happy the, whatever the bad guy was doing is gone permanently..........
