2019 Gun Rights Policy Conference - Phoenix

Great News! The annual Gun Rights Policy Conference (GRPC) will once again be held in Arizona.

The 2019 GRPC will be held in Phoenix, September 20-22, at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel, 2620 W. Dunlap Avenue.

We encourage everyone to attend. Admission is FREE

GRPC will start with an evening reception on Friday, September 20, and run through mid-day on September 22. The bulk of the activity and forums will be on Saturday, September 21 and includes an evening reception.

GRPC is your chance to network with activists from around the country, get an insider look and plan pro-rights strategies for the coming year. This conference allows you a first-hand chance to hear movement leaders - and make your voice heard. This year the focus will be on issues such as: city gun bans, "smart guns", concealed carry, federal legislation, legal actions, gun show regulation, and state and local activity. We also expect firearms confiscations via "red flag" orders to be discussed.

The full roster of GRPC 2019 speakers has not yet been set. Past speakers include: Alan M. Gottlieb, Joseph P. Tartaro, Eugene Volokh, Wayne LaPierre, Michael Reagan, Larry Elder, Rep. Bob Barr, John Lott, Mark Walters, Sandy Froman, Rick Patterson, Gene Hoffman, Tim Schmidt, AWR Hawkins, Massad Ayoob, Tom Gresham, Alan Gura, G. Gordon Liddy, Larry Pratt, Emily Miller, AzCDL President Dave Kopp and many others. Updates and registration can be found at the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) website.

For those traveling to Phoenix, a special discount hotel rate is available.

AzCDL will have an information and recruiting table at the GRPC. In future emails we will be asking for volunteers to staff the AzCDL table, as well as assist during the conference.

Stay tuned!
