I would say at least 10 years in the safe. I got it from a friend I shot Bullseye with. He used to be on the US Palmer Team but not with this rifle. only had about 120 rounds through this and me about 40 rounds.

Yes, I started shooting High Power to buy my first M1 Garand from CMP then switched to AR15 and thought the next step was the M1A but never shot it in matches. Thought it would be good to have a match rifle in 308 the same as my hunting rifle.
