This is a lightweight Alexi PVS-14 type housing made of heat resistant MJF printed nylon featuring a Gen 3 silver bullet tube. The tube has 2 blemishes on opposite sides of the outer zone, also there is a chip in the glass on the diopter side of the cathode, in the dark its hardly noticable as you can see in the photos and does not affect function in any way.
